Wonderful article, Sabina! Reminded me of Emerson's quote: "Earth laughs in flowers."

Keep up the great job!

After a very cold, snowy winter here in north-western Europe, it seems that spring is coming. People have started working in their gardens again and the birds are looking for materials to line their nests. Always a good sign.

No, too much is no good. I love the melancholy feeling that rain brings. But I don't want to feel melancholy three days in a row!

California has been experiencing crazy weather forecasts...at least where I live. There are days when its lovely and warm outside then the next day it'll rain, sometimes even days. Oh spring! Too much rain isn't fun anymore especially if you had to cancel something you had planned out.

Omg we had such an unreal day here today. It was so beautiful I had to drag my hungover butt out of bed to go for a two hour hike to Signal Hill. My roommate and I sat on the wall looking out to the Atlantic Ocean and everything was blue and perfect and warm, and then we ate ice-cream. I feel like an extremely harsh winter is worth it for moments like those.
